ClimatePlans.org is a consortium of universities, local governments and community-based organizations developing comprehensive GHG inventories, quantitative planning tools, policy templates, data indicators, journalism, training and other resources to streamline climate action planning in California. We are passionate about helping local governments shift scarce resources into implementation of equitable climate policies and programs.
